How can I process for refund?
Customer are only eligible to submit refund request under the following condition.
a) Inaccurate product packaging & type according to the order confirmation mail. b) Seriously damaged product as upon receiving from courier express.
Refund request with supporting document need to reverted to idsupport@easytripgo.comwithin 7 days from the receipt of physical goods for investigation & arrangement of refund.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

(b) We would cross check the usage history from the device during the rental period from the customer,If we found out device battery broken , data usage less than 50MB and etc issue from our B2B portal system & SAAS system. We will provide fully refund to the customer.
